Booking Policy At Hartland Oaks, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and full of heart—just like our animals. No Deposits Required We do not collect deposits or require advance payment. Your word is your bond, and we appreciate your commitment when you book with us. Payment Terms Payment is due on the day of your event. We accept the following payment methods: Cash Venmo Cash App Zelle PayPal Checks are accepted only from approved companies or organizations. Confirmation We’ll reach out 1–2 days prior to your event to confirm all the details and make sure we’re perfectly aligned. This helps us provide the best experience for you and your guests. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We don’t charge cancellation fees, but advance notice is greatly appreciated so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
