Cancellation Policy
By booking a Barnyard Gram delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Animals are unpredictable and may nibble, step on feet, or cause minor injury. All participants interact with animals at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Dogs and other animals must be secured prior to arrival. Hartland Oaks is not responsible for property damage resulting from normal animal behavior. Outdoor space must be safe and free of hazards. Visits may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use unless declined in writing. By completing your booking, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
