Refund Policy for TAMUK Bunny
We strive to provide our customers with healthy and happy bunnies. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when purchasing one of our bunnies. Therefore, we have implemented the following refund policy:

14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase for bunnies that are confirmed to be ill by a licensed veterinarian, provided that the illness is not the fault of the purchaser.

Confirmation by a Veterinarian: In order to qualify for a refund under this policy, the illness must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian who is not affiliated with the purchaser. The veterinarian's diagnosis must be provided in writing and include details of the illness and any recommended treatments.

Notification and Return Process: If your bunny falls ill within the 14-day return period, please notify us immediately. We will require documentation from the veterinarian confirming the illness. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the return of the bunny to our facility.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt of the returned bunny and the veterinarian's confirmation of illness, we will offer the customer the choice of a full refund or an exchange for a healthy bunny of equal value, subject to availability.

Exclusions: Please note that this refund policy does not apply to illnesses or health issues resulting from neglect, mistreatment, or improper care by the purchaser. Additionally, it does not cover minor illnesses or health concerns that are typical during the adjustment period after bringing a new bunny home.
