In the unfortunate event that a chick doesn't make it within the first two weeks, we've got you covered with our simple and compassionate refund policy.
Please Note: Hartland Oaks does not ship live animals under any circumstances.
All animals must be picked up in person or transported by a buyer-arranged, licensed, and reputable animal transport service. We are happy to work with your chosen transporter to coordinate pickup times and ensure a smooth transition for the animal.
