Welcome to Hartland Oaks - Where You Create Your Own Memories

Founded in April 2023 by Kristen and Todd Hart, Hartland Oaks is a family-owned farm built on a deep love for animals, hard work, and a commitment to community. Kristen, a veterinary professional since 1997, brings decades of hands-on medical experience and a lifelong passion for animal care to every animal on the farm. Todd, a retired schoolteacher turned full-time rancher, has traded the classroom for the countryside—learning, building, and bringing the farm to life one project at a time.

Joining them is their daughter-in-law, Mariah Hart, who serves as Director of Marketing & Experiences, helping bring the Hartland Oaks vision to life through unforgettable events, creative outreach, and meaningful connections with the community.

Hartland Oaks is more than a farm—it’s a place where people can connect with animals in real, hands-on ways. We offer mobile petting zoo rentals, Beer Burro experiences for weddings and events, and on-site farm visits where guests can meet and interact with our animals up close. In addition, we provide animal sales, including Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens, and other farm favorites, all raised with a focus on health, temperament, and quality.

At the heart of Hartland Oaks is our commitment to rescue and sanctuary work, giving animals a safe, well-cared-for home while also creating opportunities for education, therapy, and community involvement.

Our growing family of animals includes Nigerian Dwarf goats, sheep, chickens, quail, ducks, rabbits, miniature pigs, miniature cows, registered miniature donkeys, miniature and standard horses, and Great Pyrenees livestock guardians—each one raised with intention, care, and respect.

At Hartland Oaks, we don’t just raise animals—we create experiences, build connections, and make lasting memories. Whether you’re visiting the farm, booking an event, or bringing home a new animal, you become part of the Hartland Oaks family.
