Assumption of Risk – Mobile Petting Zoo Experiences

By booking or participating in a Hartland Oaks mobile petting zoo experience, guests acknowledge and understand that interaction with live animals and participation in outdoor or event-related activities involve inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Animal bites, kicks, scratches, pecking, trampling, or unpredictable animal behavior
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Allergic reactions to animals, hay, feed, insects, or outdoor environments
• Exposure to dirt, dust, bacteria, weather conditions, and farm-related elements

By booking this experience, the client accepts full responsibility for themselves, their guests, participants, and children attending the event. Hartland Oaks LLC, Hartland Oaks Sanctuary & Education Center, its owners, staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents arising from participation in or presence around the mobile petting zoo experience.

Adult supervision of children is required at all times. Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Hartland Oaks staff to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
